He has now passed his positivity and winning outlook on life to his sons, Lorenzo and Danilo, who now look after the family’s organic vineyards and olive groves in the Pescara hills. Il Capostazione Rosso 2021 is made using 100% organically farmed Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Soft, intense and ever-so-fruity, this is an awesome all-rounder red. Bursting with notes of redcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and violet; the palate is soft, with well-integrated tannins and further ripe fruity notes on the finish. A great pair with game or grilled dishes.
